Apple Authorized Repair Center
We are proud to be Regina's only authorized repair center. We have Apple Certified staff to provide you with all your needs regarding warranty for your Apple product.
Services Our Staff Provide
We can repair just about anything. From laptops, desktops, printers and servers, to just about any software issue imaginable. We pride ourselves on our prompt service, and the ability to fix it right the first time. Network wiring, design and layout, server and workstation installation. We can do it all.
ASP
Most people do not know that FACT Computers is one of Western Canada's largest Application Service Providers (ASP). On a daily basis, we have several thousand people logging into servers in our building to go about their daily jobs. With over 95 servers under our management within our own building, fed by a fiber network, we are constantly upgrading and expanding our farm on a daily basis. We currently house over 200 Terabytes of information. Cost structure is based on the individual businesses requirements, and we are able to implement a client on our own servers, or host their servers if they wish. We have been a Citrix Authorized ASP since January of 2000.

Off Site Backups
This is a relatively new service we began in April of 2006. We can remotely backup your workstation, server, or entire network across the wire daily, securely. We use a custom piece of software to do this, and everything is stored on our mirrored servers in our office.
Cost for this service starts at $50 per month, with a $50 setup fee and is good for up to 100GB of storage. Anything over that we charge a small additional fee.
